La Perouse Sunset

After weeks of trying to get out to La Perouse to do a sunset shoot with Luke , we finally managed to get organsied yesterday. Eleanor joined as as well, since she had the day off work..
And what a perfect day to go. Clouds looked spectactular and even though i hate to say it – the smog made the sunset extra intense…
I still think La Perouse is one of my favourite places on earth.

Lolli’s 30th Birthday / Slide Bar

Happy Birthday Lolli! I hope you had a wonderful birthday and an Awesome Night.

Lolli being so organised beforehand, started her night out at Slide Bars – El Circo Act. All tickets purchased before the night. it was really worth the cost of the ticket. The acts were fantastic, the food was wonderfully presented, and even ridiculously fussy people like me (no cheese, no seafood, etc) found something yummy, including the assortment of cocktails (mmm to the Slider & Red Ferrari). And i would just like to make a note – on how happy and friendly the staff were – from standing out the front waiting for Lolli & co to turn up to the time we walked out the door!!!

How to Respond When a Bride wants a Discount

Surfing the net today and came across this – thought it was funny!!!

Jack with the Giant Personality

Sunday I went to help another photographer and friend do a 16 person family shoot. While waiting for everyone to turn up – i snapped up these of 6 year old Jack – who just shone in front of the camera – these were all just taken while he was pretending to pose and mucking around, no guidance at all!

Leaving the 20′s

Wesnesday is my 3oth birthday and i thought i would leave my 20′s in fashion – with a 1920′s Gangster Party. I was nervous about everyone showing up in costume – but my awesome friends out-did themselves and looked absolutely fantastic!!!

I had an awesome time – and want to thank everyone for coming, dressing up, the cards as well as the gifts… I also want to thank my Mum, Kylie  & Debbie and for helping out on the night!!!!

New Lens

What a weekend! I finally got to try out my new lens!!! i bought a 50mm F1.8 from D-d-photographics.. here are a few photos i snapped up at Kylie & Ma’s house Saturday Morning.
